Ms. Tran NGUYEN is communication and community development expert who has worked for various development programs in Viet Nam in the last twenty years. Her expertise is in public advocacy, behavior change communication, institutional capacity development, formative research, and policy analysis. She also has a Master degree in Public Policy. During the last ten years, Tran has provided advisory services to programs and projects supported by UNICEF, ADB, UNIDO, World Bank and the Government of Viet Nam in the areas of water and sanitation, child health and nutrition, social protection, climate change, social impact assessment. She has acted as the team leader for a number of qualitative and quantitative studies, evaluation and assessment projects. She has also obtained hands on experience in result-based project management, stakeholder consultation, participatory training, and evidence-based communication strategy development.
