The Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI)  in collaboration with Vietnam Cleaner Production Center (VNCPC) will organize training courses to provide information and knowledge about industrial symbiosis. International experience in managing and implementing industrial symbiosis solutions will also be shared at these courses to be held in Ninh Binh on 23 April; Can Tho on 25 April and Danang on 26 April.

Participants at the training courses will be representatives of the Economic Zones Management Department of the Ministry of Planning and Investment; the Project Management Unit (PMU) of Project “Implementation of EIP Initiative for Sustainable Industrial Zones in Vietnam” and the VNCPC – Sofies Joint Operation consultant units.

Also attending the training are representatives from companies in Khanh Phu and Gian Khau Industrial Zones (Ninh Binh), Hoa Khanh Industrial Zone (Da Nang) and Tra Noc 1 & 2 Industrial Zones (Can Tho). The Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Companies and Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Science and Technology in Ninh Binh, Can Tho and Da Nang will also send their delegates to the courses.

The training is one of the activities of the Project “Implementation of Eco – industrial park initiative for sustainable industrial zones in Vietnam” implemented by the MPI.

– On Tuesday,  23 April 2018 – at Van Phat Riverside Hotel, No. 2 Nguyen Van Cu, Ninh Kieu, Can Tho City

– On Thursday, 25 April 2018 – at  Hoang Son Peace Hotel, No. 98 Trinh Tu, Ninh Khanh, Ninh Bình Province

– On Friday, 26 April 2018 – at Magnolia Hotel, No. 6 Le Loi, Thach Thang, Hai Chau, Da Nang City
