Ms. Tran Thanh PHUONG hold Master of Science on International Development from Bristol University since 2008.

Ms. Thanh Phuong TRAN is the National Project Manager of the project “Implementation of Eco – industrial park initiative for sustainable industrial zones in Vietnam”(EIPVN Project) since 2015.

Before EIPVN Project, she hold the postions as the Head of Division for Research Management and International Development and, later, Director of Centre for Competitiveness Studies of the Vietnam Institute of Economic.

She is currently persuing doctor fellowship in development economics at Graduate Academy of Social Sciences in Vietnam with topic ‘the development of private sector in the context of economic restructuring of Vietnam’.
